This Agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon posting. It is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments/changes to the original Agreement. These terms and conditions constitute the contract between simplydinner.co.uk and you the user. By using and/or viewing simplydinner.co.uk, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

We cannot and do not verify personal information on users, such as marital status, or any other aspects of their general background. It is your responsibility to verify personal information to your own satisfaction.

Please approach any contact with our users with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people for the first time.

We will not divulge your contact or personal details to anyone without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.

We may use your contact details to inform you of future events, which we think may be of interest to you.

If due to any unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to hold a dinner at the originally specified venue, we reserve the right to move the dinner to an alternative venue. In this unlikely instance, we will always provide our users with as much notice as possible.

You must inform us if you are unable to attend a dinner. Failure to do so will result in your registration being terminated. If you provide us with at least 72 hours notice via email, we will do our best to move you to another dinner, although we cannot guarantee this. Under these circumstances dinner booking fees, and prepaid dinner fees if applicable, are non-refundable.

In the event of there not being enough subscribers for a dinner, we will cancel the dinner and you will be notified at the email address you have provided at least 24 hours before the dinner is due to take place. In this event you will be given a full refund.

Discounted dinner codes are only valid for two weeks, and for one booking per code.

We do our utmost to ensure that the ratio of males/females at all diners is a 50/50 ratio. However, due to potentially unforeseen circumstances on the evening of the dinner, we accept no responsibility for either an uneven ratio, or shortfall in male/female guests at the dinner, preventing this from being possible.

We will do our best to place you on your selected dinner topic choice. However, we reserve the right to change your dinner reservation to a different dinner topic. In this event you will be notified at the email address you have provided at least 24 hours before the dinner is due to take place.

By signing up for a dinner with either one or two friends, your friend(s) must be the same sex, same sexuality and of a similar age (no more than a 10 year age gap) to you, the user.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel, without refund, users who have been reported as abusive and/or offensive to other users.

We cannot guarantee that any user will successfully match with another user at our dinners.

We take no responsibility for any emotional distress, or physical injury that may arise from communications with other users, without limitation, either during, or at any stage after one of our dinners.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless simplydinner.co.uk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of simplydinner.co.uk.

We accept no responsibility for any content arising in any written or verbal communications, which may arise from one of our dinners where members of the press are in attendance.

Dinners are held at venues over which we have no control. We cannot be held responsible for the food consumed at the venues. Any complaints with food and service should be taken up with the management of the restaurant on the night of the dinner. In the event that you are injured, or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items, of any kind at one of our dinners, you agree to release simplydinner.co.uk. from any liability with respect thereof.

Restaurant prices displayed on our website are for guidance only.

If you are on a prepaid dinner, any additional food or drink purchases over and above what is included in your prepaid meal must be paid directly to the restaurant. It is your responsibility to determine what exactly is included in your prepaid dinner.

To claim a prepaid dinner, please ensure you take a copy of your confirmation email and present this to the restaurant upon arrival, so that the restaurant can provide you with the appropriate menu. It is your responsibility to inform the restaurant you have prepaid before ordering and to show them proof of this.

The 110% Guarantee applies to dinner sign-up fees only. It does not apply to prepaid dinner fees. Where a 110% refund is requested on a package that includes a prepaid dinner, the sign-up fee element of the package with be refunded only, with 10% of this sign-up element additionally refunded.

Refund requests made under the 110% Guarantee must be made within 20 days of having attending the dinner you were dissatisfied with, and only by email to guarantee@simplydinner.co.uk with the reasons for your request. You must put '110% Guarantee Refund Request' in the subject heading.

A refund request under the 110% Guarantee can only be made once by any individual user.

Under no circumstances can the maximum refunded under the 110% Guarantee exceed £11.

By registering with simplydinner.co.uk. you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are single.

Your use of simplydinner.co.uk. is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorise others to use your user details, or attend dinners on your behalf, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

When you book a dinner with simplydinner.co.uk, you must supply a contact phone number for at least one user on the booking. In the event that we are forced to cancel a dinner due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not take any responsibility for users who arrive at a dinner unless they have supplied us with telephone contact details.

Users are responsible for turning up to dinners on time.

Not all testimonials contained in or made available through the site have been prepared by us. As a result we have not checked to determine whether or not a specific endorser's experience is what an average or typical consumer may expect to experience.

simplydinner.co.uk. is for the personal use of individual users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become users and should not use simplydinner.co.uk. for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
